If you have been following any gaming news for the past few months, chances are you've heard of Animal Crossing: New Horizons. With everybody stuck at home due to the quarantine, New Horizons provides the perfect way to socialize with friends and family, along with just being plain fun.
After a long time away from making macarons, I baked some on Saturday. I decided to make vanilla shells and just use different-flavored fillings: root beer, Dalgona coffee, and pomegranate. They didn't turn out great, but at least they were edible!
Dalgona is a simple whipped coffee that uses instant coffee. The only ingredients are instant coffee, sugar, and boiling water. The idea really intrigued me; how could those ingredients turn into anything.
Since we skipped last week's on the homestead post, we knew we had to do one this week! This week we have pictures of chickens, cacti, and macarons.
