Green Tea Ice Cream
This Green Tea Ice Cream is made using Matcha green tea powder. It is definitely not a normal ice cream flavor in our part of the world, but it is a great recipe if you are a little adventurous.

Root Beer Syrup
I use simple syrup and root beer extract (or concentrate) to make my root beer syrup. The kids certainly don't seem to mind because every time we make root beer soda, it disappears really, really fast!

Wildflowers at Picacho Peak State Park
Every year, we make a trip to see desert wildflowers. Now that we live in the desert, we don't have to travel far. And our day trip to Picacho Peak State Park did not disappoint.
