I love all Dorie Greenspan's recipes but I had to modify this tiramisu cake recipe so that my kids could eat it. So this would definitely be a kid-friendly tiramisu cake!
In this post, I try my hand at making lemon curd and lemon peel to go along with the mascarpone cheese I made in a previous post. These will all come together in a mystery dessert. Hopefully.
My first attempt at making mascarpone cheese was a fail. It took me a while to decide to try it again. I also had to make sure I had enough time to finish making it. It turned out to be a lot easier than I thought it would be! Uses whole milk, heavy whipping cream, and tartaric acid.
